A collection of works by Keizo Kitajima, one of Japan's leading photographers, "Photo Express Tokyo No.5". The legendary self-managed gallery "CAMP" was launched with Daido Moriyama and Seiji Kurata. Therefore, an exhibition by Kitajima was held every month from January to December 1979. High-contrast, sometimes extreme close-up snapshots taken in Tokyo. The development was sometimes done on the walls of the gallery. Paste the photographic paper, project the image directly, sprinkle the developer on it, and fix it with a sponge. The gallery has become a darkroom, and the performance of shooting, developing, exhibiting, publishing, and distributing has been shortened to the utmost limit, and the performance of showing what was taken immediately has been named "Photo Express". At that time, the catalog published for each exhibition was sold for 200 yen with 16 pages each. The design is also changed every issue, and it is graphical and outstandingly cool. This is the original version No. 5. By the way, this summary was published in one book in 1980, and a reprint was published by Steidl in 2012.
