"Amber is for Caution" is a collection of works by American photographer Valerie Phillips. In her youth, Phillips spent her days skateboarding and her nights hanging out in clubs and enjoying all-nighters with her favorite bands, embracing the underground world. Later, she moved to England and, armed with a camera she taught herself, accompanied bands on tour and occasionally took on commercial work. However, driven by a desire to depict a more personal world, she began creating zines and other works. This collection features works with teenage model Amber as the subject.
