The Park (Signed) is a photobook by Japanese photographer Yoshiyuki Kohei. Born in Hiroshima Prefecture, Yoshiyuki Kohei came to Tokyo in the early 1970s with the aim of becoming a professional photographer. His photographs of couples gathering in a park at night and making love were featured in the weekly magazine "Shukan Shincho" and became a hot topic. He then worked as an exclusive photographer for a British news agency, and in 1978 became a freelancer. This book was published in 2007 in conjunction with an exhibition held at the Yossi Milo Gallery in New York, and can be considered the English version of his first photobook, "Document Park," published in Japan in 1980. This is a series of "peeping" scenes in parks, photographed using infrared film and infrared strobes. This unique series, which captures couples making love and the people secretly peeking at them, has received high praise worldwide. Signed by the photographer .
