My Photo Album is a collection of works by British contemporary artist Tracey Emin. Born in London in 1963 to a Turkish father and an English mother, Emin is famous for her bold and straightforward works that express her personal experiences and emotions, and her techniques range from books to installation art and even performance art. She has left behind many works, including Everyone I Have Ever Slept With 1963–1995 (a work in which the names of people she has slept with are embroidered on the inside of a tent) released in 1995 and My Bed (a work that displays her messy bed, expressing her private life and confused emotions), which was nominated for the Turner Prize in 1999. This book is an autobiography that tells the story of her life so far through personal photographs. It is a unique collection of works that seem to have evolved from Cindy Sherman's work to express more personal daily life and emotions, and the layout and design of the photographs are also fascinating.
