"Windy Town" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Akio Uchibori. This is his second book, following his first book "Pandora's Town Tokyo 1971 - 1975" published in 1999. In 2003, "Town Tokyo 1976 - 2001" was published, but Uchibori's style has always been black and white snaps.
