"Fotografie (With Box)" is a photobook published in 1956 by Czech photographer Josef Sudek, known as the Poet of Prague. This book is considered one of the best art photobooks published in the 20th century. It has also been introduced in the series "The Book of 101 Books" and "The Photobook: A History" by renowned photography historians Andrew Roth, Gerry Badger, and Martin Parr. The 232 illustrations, including street landscapes, still lifes, and portraits, such as the original landscapes and cityscapes of pre- and post-war Czechoslovakia, the contrast of light and shadow, the textures of trees and flowers, model still lifes of food, and vivid panoramas, are arranged like a story, making this a book that allows you to fully enjoy Sudek's worldview.
