Swiss photographer Nicola Faure's photo book "Good bye Manhattan". Fauré was born into a family in which all members of the family engaged in art-related work, such as movies, music, and painting. When I was a student, I was training to become a goldsmith for jewelery like a Swiss, but after graduating from university, I traveled to the Middle East for three years. . He trained in New York from the late 1970s to the early 1980s, and after returning to Switzerland, he worked as a photography teacher at the University of Geneva, and while teaching at the University of Lausanne, he developed landscapes and multi-ethnic landscapes based in his home country. Fauré has established a solid position as a photographer by publishing a collection of family portraits in Meylan, where he lives. This book is a collection of Manhattan street snaps taken around the 1980s when Fauré was studying photography in New York. The four works included in this book are permanently stored at MoMA, and Faure's birth work, which has led to exhibitions being held in various cities in Switzerland.
