A collection of works by Japanese female photographer Keiko Nomura "Red Water (Signed)". Keiko Nomura won the 28th Tadahiko Hayashi Award in 2019 for her documentary "Otari - Pristine Peaks" set in Otari, a small village at the foot of the Northern Alps in Nagano Prefecture. This book, co-published by Art Beat Publishers and Stockholm's Independent Libraryman, describes a journey that began with the motivation to photograph "water." The main motif is Nomura's roots, and although "Okinawa", which has often appeared in his works, there are also illustrations taken in other regions such as Tokyo and Fukui, and nude portraits and landscapes. Araki-like intermingling rhythms can be seen in some pieces, but there are many works that shine with Nomura's refined sensibility and feminine delicacy. Below is a quote from Ellen Fleiss in the postscript: "The Japanese have nurtured their culture in a close and delicate connection with nature. (Omitted) You can find it in Keiko Nomura's photographs, which have a rare sensuality." (From Obi). Signed by the photographer .
