American photographer Bruce Davidson's photo book "England / Scotland 1960 (2014)". Davidson began taking photographs at the age of 10, and since he was a boy, he has been making prints in his mother's darkroom at home. At Yale University, where he was enrolled, he also had a history of receiving advanced art education from Josef Albers, who was also teaching at Bauhaus. One of the early members of Magnum Photos, he has been active as a photojournalist since the 1950s for Life, etc. Since the 1960s, he has produced East 100th Street, which captures the people of Harlem, and the Civil Rights Movement in the South. Davidson has produced numerous masterpieces such as "Time of Change" and "Subway" in color photography in the 1980s. This book is a book composed of illustrations taken in England / Scotland, which was visited for coverage of the British culture magazine "The Queen" after joining Magnum Photo in 1959. This is a collection of works set outside the United States, which is rare in Davidson's work. Originally published in 2005, this is the new 2014 edition with the edition size adapted to Davidson's favorite large format.
