"Snap 20C" is a collection of works by Yoshihiro Tachiki, a photographer representing Japan after the war. Post-war Japanese photography is extremely popular around the world. Its prosperity peaked in the 1960s and 1970s, from "innovation" by VIVO such as Narahara, Higashimatsu, and Hosoe, to "destruction" by Provoke such as Moriyama, Nakahira, and Takanashi, and private photographs by Araki and others and Gocho and others. It spread to "originality" such as the compora by , and left a great achievement in the later photography world. However, what must not be forgotten is the commercial photography that created a "trend" in the same period, and Yoshihiro Tatsuki was the leader along with Kishin Shinoyama, Hajime Sawatari, and Tenmei Kano. Not to be outdone by Avedon and Penn, he swept camera and fashion magazines and created many portraits and nudes of famous actresses. This book is a collection of photographs released exclusively at the exhibition held at the Ueno Royal Museum in 2019. It contains 170 works, including unpublished works shot in Japan and overseas during his nearly 50-year career after the war. Limited to 1000 copies.
