A collection of works by Mao Ishikawa and Toyomitsu Higa, photographers representing Okinawa after the war, "Hot days in Camp Hansen!!". In 2013, the newly re-edited "Atsuki Hibi in Okinawa" (Foil) was published, but this is the original. It is co-authored by Toyomitsu Higa and Mao Ishikawa, who have led Okinawan photography following the genealogy of post-war Okinawan photography leaders Yasuo Higa and Koshichi Taira. Even after the reversion to Japan, the Americanized town remained, and Ishikawa, who was enthusiastic about taking pictures of the US military at night, worked in a foreigner bar and even had a US military boyfriend. I was fascinated by the beautiful and strong appearance of the women working there, and the camera turned to them. A masterpiece that passionately captures the image of a woman who lives strongly for the sake of life and for love, even though working with foreigners is sometimes viewed with cold and harsh eyes. However, P7-8 and P57-60 have been deleted due to privacy issues after publication. Text by Shomei Tomatsu, Nobuyoshi Araki and Yoko Tokuda. Comes with an obi. Extremely rare book.
