American photographer David Armstrong's photo book "Night and Day (Acceptable Copy)". Born in Allington, Massachusetts, on the outskirts of Boston, he shared an apartment with Nan Goldin when he was a student, along with Goldin, Jack Pierson, Mark Morrisroe and others. Called "School", Armstrong is a photographer who represents the young generation culture of the United States in the 70's and 80's. This book is the last photo book of my life published in 2012, and consists of illustrations taken when I went on a long drive from New York in 1979 when I was in my mid-20s. From the portraits of Armstrong's close friends, there are plenty of highlights such as snapshots of the youthful days of artists such as Jean-Michel Basquiat, John Waters, and Philip-Lorca Dicorcia, who will make a difference in culture since the 1980s. Also includes a facsimile of the poet Lena Ricard, who was responsible for the cover work of this book. Limited to 1000 copies. (Cover stains and part of the page wavy)
