"Carnation (With Envelope)", a collection of works by Japanese photographer Seki Mihiko. Hiko Seki, who passed away at the young age of 30 in 2001, was the founder of the gallery "Galleria Q" in Shinjuku 3-chome. Born in Komae City, Tokyo in 1970, he deepened his friendship with Japan's leading photographer Koji Onaka while he was a student at Waseda University, and his first solo exhibition was held at "Gallery Kaido" run by Onaka. Since the 90's, he has worked as a contract photographer for the Mainichi Shimbun and Photography Department, and in 1995 he covered the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. Published as "Shooting". Since the latter half of the 90's, I have been shooting a series entitled "Carnation" in Japan, the Soviet Union, and Eastern Europe, but in 2001 I was killed in an accident while riding a bus. This book contains the illustrations of the "Carnation" series mentioned above, which is a collection of works published by volunteers. The editors include Shinichi Ito, Michitaka Ota, Koji Onaka, Hiroomi Sahara, Asako Narahashi, and Go Miyazawa. Includes envelope (with damage) and booklet.
