The 10th (final) issue of the quarterly photo footage published by Photo Critics Inc., led by Shinya Yoshimura, who was also a photo critic and publisher. Yoshimura was a legendary photo critic and editor who passed away in 1978 at the age of 44. He is a high school classmate with Hideo Hosoe.
