The 10th (final) issue of the quarterly photo footage published by Photo Critics Inc., led by Shinya Yoshimura, who was also a photo critic and publisher. Yoshimura was a legendary photo critic and editor who passed away in 1978 at the age of 44. He is a high school classmate with Hideo Hosoe. In the third year, Yoshimura was the head of the photo club and Hosoe was a member. After that, he went to Waseda University and has been writing reviews in camera magazines since the 1960s. In the latter half of the 1960s, he set up a publishing company and published photo collections such as Daido Moriyama's “Goodbye to Photography” and a photo magazine “Quarterly Photo Video”. Apparently, it was also recognized by photographers such as Hosoe and Moriyama. In the 1980s, Zeiro Ishihara, Zeit Photo, established Japan's first photography museum, but Yoshimura also made a proposal for the establishment of the “Contemporary Photography Museum” in the 1970s. The final issue of this book is a special issue by Toshihiro Asakura, a photographer known for his collection of photographs, “Akaji Gennoyuki” (1979).
