A photo collection of Japanese photographer Masayoshi Taniguchi "Photo Shonen 1973-1979 / The Blue Period 1973-1979". Born in 1960. Born in a temple, and currently serving as a priest, he established an exhibition and viewing space "Kurarenbo" in the temple in 2006, and has also organized exhibitions, etc. Masayoshi Taniguchi. I started photography as a junior high school student and went to the United States after high school graduation. She studied with Leo Rubin Fine, who is one of the new color flags, to deepen his own work. After that, she stayed in Los Angeles as a foreign teacher and returned to Japan in 1988. In recent years, we have put together works that we have taken for nearly 40 years since junior high school age into a photo book, dividing our activity history into three hours and presenting them as the “Photo Shonen Series”. This book is the first of its kind, planned by photographer Morisawa Ken (grandson of Isamu Morizawa), and consists of photographs taken by Taniguchi during junior high school and high school days (1972-1978). Snapshots of black-and-white taken in various places such as Hokkaido, Tohoku, Tokyo, Kanagawa, etc. have a genuine attitude like a "camera boy" with a keen feeling. It is a collection of photos filled with ingenuity that does not seem like a teenager. Limited to 500 copies.
