"Hong Kong Yesterday", a photo book by Fan Ho, a photographer and filmmaker born in Shanghai and active in Hong Kong. Born in Shanghai in 1931, moved to Hong Kong in 1949 after the war. Fan Ho has continued to capture the decades of turbulence in Hong Kong from the British territory to rapid economic development and return to China in 1997. After acting as an actor in the 1960s, he became a movie director after becoming an assistant. Since then, nearly 30 works have been left. The illustrations cut out with an outstanding lighting composition are full of humanity and romantic, full of beauty reminiscent of a scene in a movie. Fan Ho, who has won about 300 awards so far and has been permanently owned by MoMA and other museums around the world. This book is a collection of representative works published in 2006 and currently reprinted up to the fifth edition. A fascinating gallery and a collection of illustrations full of poetic sentiment, described as "Bauhaus's direct grandson". 2006 First Edition.
