"Berlin Deep in Thought (Signed)" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Toshiji Yamawaki. Born in Tokyo in 1956, he also works as an art director and began his full-fledged artistic career in the 2000s, publishing a series of privately published photobooks in the 2010s. The diversity of his thoughts and expressions has a different appeal from conventional pure photographers, and his unique sensibility, cultivated through self-taught photography, painting, and direction work, can be felt throughout his works. This work is his fifth, following "Dimension of Vision," "Dual 1 & 2," and "The Lost and Find," and, like Dual and others, is a nearly 500-page encyclopedia-like handmade book. Using "Berlin," a city with a unique culture as its motif, politically, historically, and geographically, as the theme, it is a highly impressive book that expresses fragments of the city in a multifaceted, multi-layered, and multi-layered way. Limited to 200 copies. Edition numbered. Signed by the photographer .
