This is "How to Photograph Women," a photobook by Japanese photographer Katsuji Fukuda (1899-1991). He began taking photographs with a Vessel lens in 1921 while working, and in 1926 won the Ilford Diamond Award at the 1st Japan Photographic Art Exhibition.
