"Paris (Second Printing, With OBI)" is a photobook by Japanese photographer Kishin Shinoyama. Shinoyama published numerous masterpiece photobooks in the early 1970s that are still talked about today, such as "Olé Olala" (1971), "House" (1975), and "Sunny Day" (1975). This book, published in 1977, is set in "Paris." It deliberately avoids famous historical buildings and tourist spots such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and instead features the old-fashioned streets of Paris that tell the story of the long history of ordinary people, such as the Latin Quarter, Les Halles, Marais, Montparnasse, and Montmartre. Every page is composed of vivid and profound color illustrations, and it is interesting to compare them with Ihei Kimura's masterpiece photobook "Paris." The title calligraphy is by Kazumasa Nakagawa, the book design is by Shozo Tsurumoto, and the text is by six people including Takeo Kuwahara and Shuzo Takiguchi. Second printing. With dust jacket. Includes supplementary booklet.
