"Pin-up (Second Printing)" is a collection of works by leading Japanese illustrator Hajime Sorayama. Born in Ehime Prefecture in 1947, Sorayama graduated from the Design Department of Chuo Art University and worked for the advertising agency Asahi Tsushinsha (now Asatsu-Dekay) before going freelance in 1972. His "Sexy Robot" works, which combined metallic robots with feminine eroticism, became a hot topic, and in 1983 he published his first book, "Sexy Robot" (Genkosha), which made him instantly famous. This book was published after that, and as the title suggests, it is comprised of pin-up illustrations. The book's color design is stylish, with several types of paper used to ensure optimal color reproduction.
