"Pretty Woman (Signed)" is a collection of works by Daido Moriyama, one of Japan's leading photographers. In the 1960s, he published his first book, "Nippon Theater Photo Album," while searching for his own style after meeting Eikoh Hosoe, Shomei Tomatsu, and Shuji Terayama. In the 1970s, he published "Provoke," a collaboration with his friend Takuma Nakahira, and the challenging work "Goodbye Photography," which overturned the conventional notion of photography. In the 1980s, he returned to the origin of photography after a temporary slump and made a spectacular comeback with "Light and Shadow." In the 1990s, Moriyama became active again. His activities continued despite repeated trial and error, and since 2000, he has revived the production of "records," while continuing to release new works without stopping. This book is a large-format collection of monochrome and color snapshots taken in Tokyo from 2016 to 2017. The luxurious cover is silkscreen printed. Limited to 900 copies. Numbered edition. Signed by the photographer .
