"Dimension of Vision" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Toshitsugu Yamawaki. Born in Tokyo in 1956, he also works as an art director. He began his creative endeavors as an artist in the 2000s, and released a series of privately published photo books in the 2010s. The diversity of his thoughts and expressions has a different appeal to traditional pure photographers, and his unique sensibility, cultivated through his self-taught photography, painting, and direction work, can be felt throughout his work. This is Yamawaki's first book. His daily life and thoughts have changed since the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011. "The meaning of 'Dimension' is a way of thinking, a standpoint, and how to interpret the elements is the key point, and the standpoint of expression is explored and then cut back to the subject. The approach this time is to draw out latent images from there and invite thought. (Omitted) The purpose of this series is to multiply the diversity of the subject with the diversity of expression to create a global worldview" (from the afterword). Various covers.
