"Assembly" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Naohiro Udagawa. Udagawa graduated from Chuo University's Faculty of Law in 2004, a non-arts or fine arts student. After working as a photography assistant, he abandoned the commercial world and started working as a "photographer". He currently forms the unit "Spew" with Daisuke Yokota and Koji Kitagawa, winners of the 43rd Kimura Ihei Photography Award. He continues to pursue various possibilities of expression through photography, not only through the act of developing what he has taken, but also through using special techniques for developing and processing, turning the accidental products into works, turning the process of creating them into works, and even holding "exhibitions by photographers who do not exhibit photographs" (such as "Pipe-chan, People-chan"). As the title suggests, this book is composed of images with the theme of "assembly" and "collection", and is a conceptual book that has been picked up and laid out from a multifaceted perspective, from things created spontaneously to things born by chance. Limited to 200 copies.
