"Sketches of Tokyo" is a collection of works by Japanese photographer Meisa Fujishiro. Born in 1967, after graduating from Meiji University's School of Commerce, he became a freelancer at the age of 23 after working as an assistant to Akira Gomi. He became famous for his depictions of the 90s club music scene and young people, and for photographing Mr.Children at the time of their debut, and was active in the commercial world. He has also published many photo books with nude portraits of idols and gravure models, using many famous artists as models. He is married to Ayumi Tanabe, a model who was also active in Paris Fashion Week, and after the birth of their child in 2000, he moved from Setagaya to Hayama. For a while, he showed his talent in writing rather than with cameras. He published novels such as "Crater and Big Breasts" and "A Romance Novel Where No One Dies". After that, he moved to Okinawa, and due to changes in his lifestyle, he was away from the forefront of photography, but here is a work he created in 2016 for the first time in a long time. This is a collection of nudes of 52 women set in a high-rise hotel in Tokyo. A book where Fujishiro's theories on nudity and urbanism overlap. 2nd edition.
