A collection of works by French photographer Jacques Suter. Born in 1945, he picked up his first camera at the age of 12 and decided to become a professional. Influenced by fellow French photographers Jean-loup Sieff, Sarah Moon, and even David Hamilton, he excels at creating poetic and dramatic images. He does not use professional models, but ordinary women, and instead of shooting in a studio or using lighting, he focuses on capturing the pure charm of women in natural environments and with natural light. This is one of a series of large-format books published by Nihon Geijutsu Shuppansha in the 1990s.
