A photo collection by Japanese photographer Masahiko Taniguchi (1967-) titled "Daily Journeys (Signed)". He studied under photographer Akira Tanno while studying at the Japan Journalist College, and in 1990 won the Mainichi Shimbun News Photo Award for his scoop photo of the 1989 "Funeral of Emperor Showa". In 1992, he joined the photography class "CORPUS" run by photographer Eikoh Hosoe and studied under him. As a freelance photographer, Masahiko Taniguchi has also worked with people who express themselves physically, such as butoh dancers, strippers, dancers, and stage actresses. This book is his debut work, a compilation of the photographs he has been taking like a diary since around 1995. It seems to be a journey accompanied by various women, with nudes and landscapes, on planes and ships, and in the latter half, women who seem to be strippers appear one after another... Such snapshots unfold like a random journal, but rather than being immersed in the emotion of travel, they have the feel of a story of a man and a woman (a sentimental journey, in Araki's words), and there is also a somewhat ephemeral atmosphere. It is a lyrical book with a series of images like fragments of memory. Signed by the photographer .
