A photo collection by one of Japan's leading photographers, Masaya Nakamura, entitled "Angle of a Woman (Signed)". Like Nobuyoshi Araki, he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Chiba University (then Tokyo Higher Technical School), and worked for the Yomiuri Shimbun, Sekai Eigasha, and Eiga Star before going freelance. He started out in photojournalism, then worked on graphic photography, commercial photography, and women's photography, establishing "glamour photography" that depicted the fascination of women. He then firmly established his position as a photographer, focusing on "nude," which became his signature subject. In 1957, under the direction of critic Tatsuo Fukushima, Masaya Nakamura became one of the members of the historic exhibition "10 Eyes," which heralded the arrival of a new era of photography that was different from conventional realism photography, along with Yasuhiro Ishimoto, Shomei Tomatsu, Kikuji Kawada, Eikoh Hosoe, and Ikko Narahara. This book is the ninth issue of the "Modern Camera New Books" series, which also includes Nobuyoshi Araki ("A Journey to Photography") and others, and is a book that summarizes the photographic theories and techniques of Nakamura and others, including illustrations by Nakamura and others. Signed by the photographer .
