``Touch / Chromosome XY'' is a collection of works by Miyako Ishiuchi, one of postwar Japan's leading female photographers. Ishiuchi's style was centered around depicting the invisible activities of people through the landscapes of towns and buildings, but from the late 1980s he shifted his focus to people and things. ``1, 9, 4, 7'' was published in 1990 as the first in the ``close-up'' series, which focuses on getting closer to the subject and weaving invisible stories and the background of people and things. After that, he released ``1906 to the Skin'', which was based on the motif of dancer Kazuo Ohno, and here is the third installment. We will continue to target "men" and include their skin, body hair, and skin, and the models will include Koshio Kuwabara, Yasushi Arita, Masahisa Fukase, Saku Sawatari, and Masahiro Minato.
