Gerard Fieret 1924-2009 (With Japanese Booklet) is a collection of works by Dutch poet, photographer, and visual artist Gerard Fieret. Since 2000, a number of exhibitions have been held outside of the Netherlands, and Vierette has been reevaluated. It may not be an exaggeration to say that his father abandoned his family at an early age, and his roots in growing up in a harsh orphanage led to his subsequent avant-garde, outsider-like creative activities. I wrote poetry from an early age, studied drawing and illustration as a student, and after discovering a camera in 1965, I taught myself photography, capturing images from around me on camera. Street, children, women, butts/legs, collages, selfies. . . Because he adheres to a style that is not bound by preconceived notions, he depicts unique images that resemble contemporary art and sometimes resemble steel. This is a recommended book for those who like Sanne Sannes and Francesca Woodman. A separate Japanese text is included.
