``St. Louis & The Arch (Softcover)'' is a photo book by Joel Meyerowitz, a representative of American new color photography. Meyerowitz decided to become a photographer after being shocked by his work with Robert Frank, who he worked with as an art director. Since then, he has taken on the challenge of color photography of streets and landscapes, and initially published the snapshot photo book ``Wild Flowers,'' which featured flowers as a motif.
