A collection of works by Kyoto Tampei, a photography group founded in 1946 and still active today, "Kyoto Tampei 30th Anniversary". The Naniwa Photography Club was founded in 1904 by the origin of a Kansai photography group that boasts a long history and has produced numerous avant-garde and famous photographers. In 1930, the members of Naniwa led the establishment of the Tampei Photography Club (including Nakaji Yasui, Bizan Ueda, Shisui Tanahashi, and Takeji Iwamiya). Kyoto Tampei was founded in 1946 by Katsumasa Kimura, Shizuka Wada, Jiichi Odo, and Hideo Tsujita, who moved to Kyoto. This book is a photo collection published to commemorate the 30th anniversary of its founding, and contains about 100 pages of works by members. The illustrations are all in black and white, and there are 60 works ranging from highly tasteful nude portraits of women, monochrome shadows full of molding beauty, visual depictions using blurring and bokeh, to avant-garde works that inherit the genealogy of Kansai photography. There are so many modern and beautiful illustrations that it is hard to believe that it was published in the middle of the 1980s. Signed with respect by member Minoru Toyoda .
