A collection of works by Takuma Nakahira, one of Japan's leading photographers, "Return to Origin-Yokohama / Degree Zero-Yokohama (With Poster)". Shomei Tomatsu and Daido Moriyama were the comrades who led Nakahira, who had worked as an editor of the magazine Gendai no Me, to the world of photography after working as a transistor radio packager and translator. Based on Higashimatsu's suggestion and guidance, a new gravure page was created for modern eyes. On that occasion, I met Yutaka Takanashi and others, and in the final issue, I published a photo under the name of "Akira Yuzuki". In 1964, he got married through the matchmaking of Higashimatsu, and received a set of Asahi Pentax as a gift from Higashimatsu. It was Daido Moriyama who taught Nakahira the basics of photography while he was wandering the streets with his camera in hand. It is well known that the collaboration between the two developed into the subsequent "Provoke" and left its name in the history of Japanese photography. From the early days of Nakahira, from the black-and-white recorded in his representative work "For Coming Words" from the late 1960s to the color up to the 2000s, a total of 110 works are recorded, to know the trajectory of the photographer Nakahira is enough one. First edition. Comes with a poster.
