Photo book "Marrakech (First Edition)" by Daido Moriyama, one of Japan's leading photographers. Daido Moriyama, who has been active on the front lines since the 1960s, is one of the iconic figures of postwar Japanese photography along with Nobuyoshi Araki. Starting with the first work "Japan, A Photo Theater" published in 1968, after collaborating on "Provoke", "Goodbye Photography / Farewell, Photography / Bye Bye Photography (1972)" "Hunter / A Hunter (1972)”, “Light & Shadow (1982)” in the 80s, “Journey to Nakaji (1987)”, and in the 90s “Hysterics”. I have left. This book is a collection of works composed of illustrations taken during a one-week stay in Marrakech, Morocco in the late 1980s. The vertical binding and the unusual layout of the illustrations, which are divided into upper and lower parts, show the infinite expansion of the charm of the city and the fun of the photographs. The second edition was published in 2014, but this is the first edition published in 2013. Limited to 500 copies.
