"An Italian Summer" is a collection of works by Claude Nori, a leading French photographer. At the beginning of his career, he was not a (creative) "photographer", but a "cameraman" who took pinups on the beach. Disgusted by work that does not involve imagination, he returned to his hometown and rehabilitated his creativity from scratch while staying in the darkroom of his house and burning photos. After that, I was absorbed in creating personal works with motifs of my own life, personal belongings, friends, etc., and tried to put together a series of them in a dummy book and publish it as a "photobook", but some publishers handle it. In 1975, I had no choice but to collect money and start the publishing company "Contrejour". Since then, Nori has produced hundreds of works, both famous and unknown photographers. An artist who has a close relationship with Luigi Ghirri. This book is a revised and expanded version of the famous book "Vacances A L'italienne" published by Nori in 1987, with unrecorded works and color illustrations added, and the layout renewed.
