A collection of works by Japanese photographer Issei Suda, "Fragment of Everyday Life (Unopened)". Issei Suda was one of the leading photographers in postwar Japan who passed away in March 2019. Born in 1940, in the 1960s, there was a time when Nobuyoshi Araki and the monthly camera magazine were sweeping the same year, and it seems that Araki has been a prominent figure since that time. Issei Suda portrayed the actual situation from a folkloric perspective in a situation where many cultures and customs were lost and his identity collapsed behind the postwar period of high economic miracle. Its magical depiction using 6x6 makes you feel the atmosphere of a different world that is sometimes eerie and horrifying, creating a unique world view where everyday and extraordinary intersect. This book is composed of color snapshots that were published on Nippon Camera from the 1980s to the 1990s, and you can fully immerse yourself in Polaroid cameras from the "everyday fragments" that worked on color in earnest with medium format cameras. Contains "Provocation of Light" and "Elegy" from the mid 90's. New unopened.
