A collection of works by Japanese photographer Mishiro Kawashima, "Memory of Travel". Born in Gifu Prefecture in 1903, graduated from Keio University Faculty of Economics. While running a real estate related business locally, he is active as an amateur photographer. The Nika Association Photo Club has also been selected five times, but Kawashima asked the photographer Tatsuo Kondo to be his teacher. While running a photographic material store here, he has left many works, and many plates set in Hida Takayama, Hubei, Shima, etc. are known. This book is a collection of works composed of plates taken in overseas countries where Kawashima began traveling in the 1960s.
