A collection of works by Japanese photographer Daido Moriyama "Record No.8". After working as a freelance designer, Takeji Iwamiya's assistant, then moved to Tokyo, and Daido Moriyama improved his photography skills as an assistant to Eikoh Hosoe. He has been a freelance photographer since the latter half of the 1960s, and has left many masterpiece photo books such as "Hunter" and "Goodbye Photographs". This book is a reissue of the photo magazine "Record" that Moriyama once published as a private edition. "It was 34 years ago in 1972 that I published my own version of the photo magazine" Record ". At that time, I was busy working on various magazines, but it's a little crazy to be swept away as it is. I always felt that I was inwardly, so I came up with the idea of publishing a small personal photo book for my private edition. It was just an arbitrary choice to continue making a 16-page booklet "(from issue 6 of the same). As a result, publication stopped at issue 5, and in 2006 it was republished from issue 6. And in this issue 8, monochrome snapshots taken at home and abroad such as Hawaii and Tokyo will be lined up.
