A collection of works by Japanese photographer Shigeru Uchiyama. Born in Osaka in 1951. After graduating from Tokyo University of Photography (currently Tokyo Polytechnic University), he started working as a freelancer. At the invitation of , he became a journalist who continues to follow jazz musicians. Since then, he has been active as an assignment for music magazines such as "Swing Journal" and as an exclusive photographer for jazz clubs such as "Blue Note". And this book is a book composed of photographs of the jazz scene master "Miles Davis", which was taken for nearly 10 years from the beginning of the 1980s, and was published in 1993 after his death. As soon as he started shooting jazz in 1975, Miles went into a long hiatus and rest, but in 1980 he made a miraculous revival. After that, he frequently visited the overseas live scene and built a relationship of trust, and in the end, he built a relationship of trust that allowed him to enter Miles' hotel room with the words "Your Photographer". In this book, not only live scenes, but also many precious off-shots are recorded, and Uchiyama writes in detail his memories with Miles. Signed by the photographer .
