Received the 33rd Semi-Sun Award for "On the Street" (composed of texts and photographs of people I met on the street) serialized in the Osaka newspaper in 1996. After graduating, he moved to Tokyo and started full-scale street snaps. It was launched in 2001 by Keizo Kitajima and others, and was an early member of "photographer's gallery", which continues its activities until now.
