A collection of works by Japanese photographer Hiroo Takahashi "Haoto". Born in Akita Prefecture in 1943 and graduated from Nihon University College of Art in 1966, Takahashi Hiroo started working at Hokkaido Broadcasting Film Company in the same year. In the early 2000's, the industry that flourished in Hokkaido, such as coal, is now declining, and it describes the history of the rise and fall of Hokkaido, including the appearance that those buildings and facilities have been degraded. We publish a photo book "Signs". This is a collection of works published in the private edition in 1970, and it has been re-evaluated in recent years, and the motif is "crow", as with the masterpiece of Fukase Masahisa, which attracts high attention worldwide. A child glass with a damaged feather appeared close to her, and while watching the child, she became attached, and Takahashi's journey to pursue crows began. Unlike the kind of "animal photo collection" which is commonplace, it is monochrome and its usage of composition and background is very wonderful and has a structure full of lyricism. This is a beautiful collection of photographs that give a strong sense of layout and tone, and the taste of black and white, though the elements like "private photos" like Fukose Masahisa are thin.
