A photobook of Japanese photographer Masahiko Taniguchi, "Baby and Big Buddha / Chigo to Daibutsu". While studying at the Graduate School of Japan Journalist College, he studied under a photographer, Akira Tanno, and received the Mainichi Newspaper News Photo Annual Award Special Selection in 1990 at the scoop photo of "Showa Emperor mourning mourning" in 1989. In 1992, he participated in a photography class "CORPUS" presided over by the photographer Hideko Hosoe, and studied with Hideko Hosoe. Also, as a freelance photographer, Masahiko Taniguchi has created works with people who are physically represented such as dancers, strippers, dancers and stage actresses. This book is a collection of works published in 2001, and is composed of illustrations taken in the late 1990s on the stage of Kamakura and Enoshima. Since visiting Tokyo for the first time in the 1980's, when I was strongly thinking that I would like to create a work in this field, this is a book that I wished for a long time. 23 figures included. Limited to 500 copies.
