A collection of photographs by Japanese photographer Luneo Hagio “Primary Color Town -Korea 1983-1988-”. Born in Tokyo in 1941. After graduating from the Marine School, he was employed by a shipping company and worked as a crew member of an overseas cargo ship. During the offshore life, he traveled over 50 countries by boat, but during that time he started taking photographs on occasional encounters and held his first exhibition at the Nikon Salon in the early 70s. Has been active as an exclusive photographer since the publication of the magazine “Focus”, and the relationship has been around for almost 20 years until the suspension. In the meantime, he has held numerous solo exhibitions based on his own creative theme, but this book is a 1st photo book composed of illustrations taken in Korea in the mid-1980s. In Seoul, Busan, Mansion, Namhae, Incheon, and Masan, snap shots and portraits of people who have visited Korea more than 20 times are recorded, and the pure gaze of young women in particular has a sentimental feeling. It is a lot of wonderful works to make.
