Photobook "Snapshot" by Japanese photographer Yoshimasa Komatsu. Yoshimasa Komatsu is a photographer who was active mainly from the 1970s to the 1980s, and his works are serialized on Asahi Camera and Camera Mainichi, and he has also worked as a photography educator including Musashino Art University. This book is a collection of works published by self-published publication in 1984, and is composed of snaps taken from the latter half of the 1970s to the 1980s in Funabashi City, Chiba Prefecture. It has the appearance of so-called'compola photography', such as casual scenery in everyday life, an appropriate sense of distance from the object, and a restrained stance, but it also has a psychological depiction of human beings, a well-calculated composition, and an abstract painting. If you look at the scenery you can see, you can see that it is backed by solid technology and outstanding sense. Production cooperation, Masahiro Minato. (Recorded in The Japanese Photobook 1912–1990)
