Photobook "okinawan portraits 2012-2016" by Japanese photographer Ryuichi Ishikawa. Ryuichi Ishikawa, a photographer living in Okinawa, is currently receiving the most attention. In middle and high school, he spent all his time in boxing, and after going to college, he became absorbed in photography with a broken camera that he accidentally picked up at a recycling shop, and began to study photography on his own. After that, while working under his teacher, he published a photo book at his own expense and participated in a digital workshop of Shomei Tomatsu to improve his ability. In 2014, he described "Okinawa", which is rich in polyphonic charm. He won the 40th Kimura Ihei Photo Award for his snap "A Grand Polyphony". This work is a sequel to "okinawan portraits 2010-2012" in the "okinawan portraits" series, which won the 35th Canon Photo New Century Honorable Mention in 2012. A 288-page book.
