"Change" is a photo collection by Japanese photographer Mikiko Hara. After graduating from the Faculty of Literature at Keio University, Mikiko Hara studied photography at Tokyo College of Photography. She has held solo exhibitions since the 1990s, and has exhibited overseas since 2000. In recent years, she was selected for the exhibition "In Focus: Tokyo" held at the Getty Museum in Los Angeles in 2014, along with Daido Moriyama, Shigekazu Nagano, and Masato Seto. This book was published as the first in the series "The Gould Collection," a homage to the French photographer and collector Christophe Clisson, who passed away at the age of 45, and won the 42nd Kimura Ihei Award. In collaboration with the short story "Change" by Stephen Dixon, an American novelist whom Clisson loved, the unique composition and coloring taken without a viewfinder, and the worldview that seems to have captured a moment in a somewhat unstable and trembling world, strongly attract readers.
