Japanese photographer Misato Kuroda (1986-), who won the Grand Prix at the Canon New Cosmos of Photography, a prestigious competition for aspiring photographers, in 2009. Since her student days, Kuroda has created nude works of her lovers and men with whom she has had relationships, depicting "love," "emotion," and "sex" that arise from intimate closeness, and expressing the pure feelings of women directly through portraits and nudes.
