"Skinny Wave" is a collection of works by Chinese photographer Lin Zhipeng (1979–), commonly known as No. 223. Since the dawn of the internet, Lin Zhipeng has been presenting personal photographs and words, visualizing contemporary youth through candid portrayals of everyday life and emotions. In a China where censorship and social norms are strongly ingrained, his approach of capturing intimate relationships, bodies, and insignificant moments has also served to protect personal sensibilities.
