"Sora / Ku (Signed & Illustrated)" is a photo collection by Nobuyoshi Araki, one of Japan's leading photographers. Inspired by his father, a geta craftsman and amateur photographer, he began photography. After graduating from the Department of Photographic Printing Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chiba University, he joined Dentsu. While working there, he also took advertising photos and used the company's equipment to explore new forms of photography. Since the 1970s, Araki has produced sensational works that remain talked about to this day, including "Oh Japan" and "Sentimental Journey." His exceptional, sometimes radical nudes and warm-hearted snapshots have captivated photography fans worldwide. To date, the legendary photographer has published over 500 photobooks. This book, published by Wise Publishing in 2008, features a collection of works by Nobuyoshi Araki. The first half of the book features portraits, nudes, and bondage photographs of KaoRi, while the second half features skyscapes. The book is designed by Hitoshi Suzuki and Yuichiro Sakurai.
