"Non Recensiti" is a collection of works by Gabriele Basilico (1944-2013), one of Italy's leading photographers. Born in Milan, Basilico originally wanted to be an architect, but later switched to photography. He initially focused on reportage, but later focused on architectural photography, making use of his background in architecture. He has consistently depicted "cities". Along with Luigi Ghirri and Guido Guidi, who are currently being reevaluated worldwide, he is one of the leading figures in postwar Italian architectural and landscape photography, and since 2000 he has also been a topic of conversation for his architectural photographs of Silicon Valley and Zaha Hadid. This book is composed of images taken in a nightclub in Rimini, Emilia-Romagna in the mid-1970s, and is a unique work full of subcultural elements, including strippers and magicians.
