Eternal Presence (Signed) is a collection of works by Misha Pedan, a leading Ukrainian photographer and curator. Born in Kharkiv in 1957, he began presenting photographic works in the 1980s. In 1990, he moved to Stockholm and began teaching at an art school while continuing his creative and curatorial activities. His representative works include the series "M," which captured subway passengers in the mid-1980s, and "The End of La Belle Époque," which depicts the streets and people of Kharkiv before the collapse of the Soviet Union, taken in the late 1980s. These works are highly acclaimed for their unique perspective on the end of the Soviet era and social change. This book is composed of snapshots taken in cities such as Stockholm, Paris, Barcelona, New York, Kiev, and London, but it is a rare collaboration in which artwork by Jan Hafström, an old acquaintance of Pedan, is occasionally woven into the illustrations. A unique book about the antonyms of "eternity" and "existence" that "resonate" in the city. Limited to 800 copies. Signed by the photographer .
